– Our Vision is to change the direction of how barter is done as an industry. We want to see transaction fees be something of the past.
Our Goal as a barter company is to have 500 members between Savannah, GA, Charlotte, NC & Charleston, SC in 1-2 years and another 500 members between several territory managers in other cities for a total of 1000 members within 2 years.
In 5 years we will have 5,000 member businesses through at least 10 territory managers and by the year 2020, we will have 20,000 members through at least 20 territory managers.
You may ask why we are putting our goals on our site? The reason is so that you know we plan on growing. You never want to join a barter company who is happy where he or she is at.
These are BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goals). We will have to hit these goals if we want our vision to come to pass. With your help, we can change the world of barter together.
Our Mission is to provide you with a quality service that you can be proud of being a part of with a fee structure that is fair to the business owner.
Our Values:
First and foremost we believe in putting God as number one. We value what God has done in our lives. We will tithe 10% of all revenue from Next Generation Barter which also includes barter dollars.
Second, we believe that our clients are everything. Without you we can’t exist. We will always do what’s right from a company standpoint that puts you first. That is one of the reasons why we are creating this new barter model because it puts you (Our Clients) first.
Third, we believe that our employees are a vital part of our company. As we grow, we will find quality employees and train them in leadership. We want employees who want to grow in their jobs not just exist.
Fourth, we believe that a company’s foundation is built on leadership which starts at the top. If we as the leaders of the company fall then the company will fail, therefore we will always grow in our roles to set the example for people to follow.
Fifth, we believe that if a barter company isn’t growing every month then it is already falling a part. There is no stagnation in life, especially with a barter company. It is our duty as the owners of Next Generation Barter to keep it growing to have places where our members can barter. Growth is everything to a barter company and we fully understand that.

Of course but we will grow from them and grow this company to levels unheard of in this great industry.
